This is just a little note to express my appreciation for the wonderful job you and your competent staff completed on my 2023 Nitro Z-19 Bass Boat. I came to you a couple of weeks ago with a horrible gouge in the port side of my metal flake boat. The boat was unable to be utilized because of the depth of the gouge. With a couple of months left in the 2023 Bass Tournament Season, it was apparent that I needed to get my boat back in service as quickly as possible.

I let my fingers do the walking through the internet and I found your contact information. You assured me that you could perform the necessary repairs and you made a date to make my boat strong and beautiful again. I delivered the boat to your facility and after you looked at the damage, you said that you could make the boat look brand new. I left your shop feeling good and made my plans to return to your business on The next Friday. You sent me photos of your progress and I drove back to Lancaster to find my boat looking brand new and ready to fish again.

My boat was completely restored to it’s original condition and it was ready for pick-up on the day that you told me it would be. The boat was well taken care of while it was in you possession. There is no way you can find the damage because it is no longer there.

We could not be more pleased with the exceptional repairs that our new friends did on our yacht.  We were so impressed with their knowledge and work ethic, and the kind of prompt and courteous customer service that we thought no longer existed.  They travelled 4 hours and worked for 4 days making our boat better than new.  Lamont, we feel fortunate to have found your company and really enjoyed meeting you and George.  Thank you for an “AWESOME” job!  If you are ever back this way, we’d love to take you on a cruise.
